About 30-45 minutes. Comfortable clothing is fine. Most mums tell us they wish they'd come in sooner.

Assessment + digital x-rays
A thorough postural and spinal check, then on-site digital x-rays if they'll help us see what's going on. All in the one appointment.

We don't rush this part. We take the time to properly read your x-rays and put together a plan that's tailored to you — then bring you back for a Report of Findings visit to walk through everything together.

What's actually included in the discounted initial visit?
A full consultation with one of our chiropractors and a comprehensive postural and spinal assessment, plus on-site digital x-rays if they'll help us understand what's going on. We take the time to interpret your x-rays properly and bring you back for a Report of Findings visit with a personalised plan — we don't rush it.
How long does the first appointment take?
Around 30-45 minutes for the initial consult and examination. We then book a follow-up Report of Findings visit (typically 30 minutes) once we've had the time to properly review your x-rays and put together your personalised plan.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. And because our x-rays are on site, you won't be sent off somewhere else mid-appointment.
When can I expect to feel better?
It depends on what's going on. Some people feel a shift after a few sessions; others need a few weeks of consistent care. We'll give you a realistic timeframe based on what we find — not a sales pitch.
Will it suit my schedule?
We open from 7:15am most weekdays and run through to 7pm — plus Saturday mornings. Pick a time that fits around school runs and work.
